From Chicken’s egg white by multi-step chromatography. Purity >95% by SDS-PAGE.

Preservative-free and carrier-free in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4. Sterile filtered.

Storage: Store at -20ºC
Notes:

(1) Composite of four purified major egg allergens at equimolar concentrations.
(2) Gal d 1 runs anomalously as broad shaped band with a faint stain on SDS-PAGE at 30-45 kDa.

(3) Gal d 2 runs at ~37kD and Gal d 3 at ~65kD on SDS-PAGE, non-reduced.

(4) Bring to room temperature before use.
