Purified from Pichia pastoris culture by His-Trap chromatography. Purity > 95 % by silver stained SDS-PAGE, run under reducing conditions.

Preservative and carrier-free in 1X PBS, pH 7.4.  Filtered through 0.22µm filter.

(1) rCor a 1 has a C-terminal 6xHis-tag.
