This is a multiplex assay kit manufactured by InBio. to be used for the quantitative determination of FIVE of the following food allergens: Ana o 3 (Cashew nut, Anacardium occidentale), Api g 1 (Celery, Apium gravolens), Ara h 1 (Peanut, Arachis hypogaea)*, Ara h 3 (Peanut, Arachis hypogaea), Ara h 6 (Peanut, Arachis hypogaea), NBos d 5 (Bovine, Bos domesticus β-Lactoglobulin), Bos d 11 (Milk, Bos domesticus β-casein), Cor a 9 (Hazelnut, Corylus avellana), Cyp c 1 (Fish parvalbumin, Cyprinus carpio), Gal d 1 (Chicken egg white ovomucoid, Gallus domesticus), Gal d 2 (Chicken egg white ovalbumin, Gallus domesticus), Gly m 5 (Soybean, Glycine max), Jug r 1** (Walnut, Juglans regia), Pru du 6 (Almond, Prunus dulcis), Ses i 1 (Sesame, Sesamum indicum), and Shrimp Tropomyosin (D. pteronyssinus tropomyosin). NOTE: Please include your required plate type in your selections above. The plate type options are a 96 well filter plate, 96 well black solid bottom plate or no plate included with your MARIA kit order. Ara h 1 will be provided as a separate 1-plex kit if ordered alongside Ara h 3 &/or 6. *Gly m 5 is currently provided as a separate 1-plex kit.
