Storage: Store at -20◦C. Re-freeze unused portion and aliquot into smaller quantities to avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Gently defrost at room temperature.

Notes: (1) Natural Amb a 1 undergoes proteolysis during purification and is cleaved into two non-covalently associated chains of ~25kD (α-chain) and 16kD (β-chain).
