Storage: Store at -20◦C. Re-freeze unused portion and aliquot into smaller quantities to avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Gently defrost at room temperature.

Notes: (1) Not tested for endotoxin. (2) Similar nDer p 1 preparations have been used in studies to analyze the cysteine protease activity of Der p 1, for T cell proliferation studies and antibody binding.
