Formulation: Preservative-free and carrier-free in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4. Sterile filtered.

Storage: Store at -20◦C. Re-freeze unused portion and aliquot into smaller quantities to avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Gently defrost at room temperature.

Notes: (1) rDer p 2.0101 has a C-terminal 6xHis-tag. (2) rDer p 2.0101 is suitable for T-cell or other in vitro studies but does not react in the Group 2 mite ELISA. (3) Not tested for endotoxin.
