Formulation: Preservative-free and carrier-free in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4. Filtered through 0.22µm filter.

Storage: Store at -20◦C. Re-freeze unused portion and aliquot into smaller quantities to avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Gently defrost at room temperature.

Notes: (1) rOle e 1 produced in Pichia pastoris has been observed to have two bands in the SDS-PAGE gel; a higher glycosylated band at ~19kD and a lower deglycosylated band at ~17kD. (2) Not tested for endotoxin.
