Notes:

1. N-glycosylation motif at position 53 was mutated (N53Q).

2. rOry c 3 chain 1 and chain 2 are fused by a 15 aa peptide linker (Ref.3).   

3. rOry c 3 has a C-terminal 7xHis-tag.

4. Avoid repeated Freeze/Thaw cycles.
