Recombinant Human Rhinovirus 16 - VP1 (HRV-VP1)

Purified from E.coli by multi-step chromatography. 

Preservative and carrier-free in 0.3M NaCl, 20mM Tris, 0.5 M Arginine, pH 8.0. Filtered through 0.22µm filter.

(1) HRV 16 VP1 has a C-terminal 8xHis-tag.

(2) HRV VP1 solubility requires Tris buffer and Arginine
