Purified by nickel IMAC chromatography.  Purity on silver-stained SDS-PAGE >95%.  (See Panel)

Preservative-free and carrier-free in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4. Filtered through 0.22µm filter.

(1) rGly d 2 has a C-terminal 6xHis-tag.

(2) rGly d 2 is suitable for T-cell or other in vitro studies, but does not react in the Group 2 mite ELISA.

(3) Not tested for endotoxin.
